Riesling Kabinett trocken

Vineyard: from an upper, steep section of the Pündericher Marienburg hillside. Soil: gray slate. Vinification: long, cool wild-yeast fermentation in steel and aging in old oak barrels; no fining. Notes: an elegant crisp, dry Riesling.
