Vineyard: one of the top sites in the Ruwer Valley; steep; mainly ungrafted old vines (some 100-years old!). Soil: slate. Vinification: a cool wild-yeast fermentation on fine lees in a stainless-steel tank. Notes: refined red-fruit nuances with balance.
