Winninger Brückstück Riesling Spätlese feinherb Alte Reben

Vineyard: from the core “Sternberg” plot on a lower terrace within Winninger Brückstück. Soil: slate and hard sandstone elements. Vinification: skin contact, wild-yeast fermentation on fine lees in stainless-steel tanks; no fining. Notes: an off-dry Riesling from old vines from one of the best subsections along the Terrassenmosel.
