Vineyard: from steep terraces in the site of Winninger Hamm. Soil: diverse slate, quartzite. Vinification: skin contact, wild-yeast fermentation on fine lees in stainless-steel tanks; no fining. Notes: an off-dry Riesling from an underrated site adjacent to Winninger Uhlen upstream.
