Winninger Hamm Riesling Spätlese trocken

Vineyard: from the core middle terraces of Winninger Hamm. Soil: diverse slate, quartzite. Vinification: skin contact, wild-yeast fermentation on fine lees in stainless-steel tanks; no fining. Notes: an underrated site adjacent to Winninger Uhlen upstream; 2007 first vintage for a naturally dry-fermented Spätlese from this site.
