按照安全生产专项整治三年行动决策部署的指示精神，云南省近日颁布实施了《公路隧道地质超前预报技术规定》和《公路隧道监测测量隧道安全最新措施》。 规定如下：1、各施工单位必须严格执行铁道部《隧道二衬、悬挑》文件《铁道建设(2009)40号》

隧道施工安全阶梯距离要求1、通则铁建[2008]160号规定：仰拱与隧道面的距离要求：1、Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级围岩地段，仰拱与隧道面的距离不应大于90m；2、IV级围岩地段，仰拱至隧道面的安全阶梯距离为水平距离仰拱到隧道面的距离以及二衬砌到隧道面的距离。 本文以云南澄江至江川双向四车道高速公路鲁冲特长隧道的施工实践为例，对公路隧道V级进行分析。
